Most of what we fold every day is cotton: T-shirts, polos, pyjamas and kids' tops. A few habits keep it looking new.
Wash
- Wash at 30–40°C (86–104°F) unless heavily soiled.
- Turn prints inside out.
- Do not overdose detergent.
Dry
- Lower heat reduces shrinking.
- Remove promptly to avoid creases.
Fold and store
- Fold flat, never balled up.
- Keep cotton away from direct sunlight in storage.
