Every FOLDORA and FOLDORA Mini comes with a 2-year limited warranty.

What is covered

For 2 years from the date of delivery, FOLDORA covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. If your machine has a covered defect, we will repair it, replace the defective part, or replace the machine.

What is not covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or not following the manual (for example, loading wet laundry or non-compatible garments)
  • Normal wear, scratches and cosmetic marks that do not affect operation
  • Consumables such as fragrance cartridges
  • Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than FOLDORA or an authorized service provider
  • Use with a power supply that does not match your version (USA version: 120 V / 60 Hz; Europe version: 230 V / 50 Hz), including use with a voltage converter
  • Intensive commercial use, unless covered by a business agreement

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us and choose “Warranty or repair”.
  2. Include your order number, the serial number, and a short video or photos of the problem.
  3. We reply with troubleshooting steps or arrange repair or replacement.
