Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the FOLDORA website and to purchases made on it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Specifications are catalog values and have not been independently tested or certified; actual performance may vary with garment type, size and fabric. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the real finish. FOLDORA is designed for household use.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed in your order is the price you pay. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Payment is made by bank transfer, using your order number as the reference, or in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDC on Solana or USDT BEP20) to the wallet addresses shown in your order confirmation. Crypto payments must equal the USD order total at the time of payment; network fees are paid by the sender, and funds sent on the wrong network or to another address cannot be recovered. Orders not paid within 2 days are cancelled. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example in case of suspected fraud or stock errors, and will refund any payment received.

4. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Products are covered by our 2-year limited warranty, described on the Warranty page.

5. Safe use

You agree to use FOLDORA according to the manual and safety instructions, including keeping children away from moving parts and using only compatible garments.

6. Promotions and programs

Discount codes, referral rewards and trade-in credits are subject to their published terms, cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The FOLDORA name, logo, images and website content belong to FOLDORA and may not be used without permission, except as provided in our press kit.

8. User content

When you send a review or other content, you allow us to publish it on our website and marketing, with your first name and city. You confirm it is truthful and your own.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FOLDORA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
