Setup, everyday use, care and safety for FOLDORA and FOLDORA Mini.

How FOLDORA works in four steps: load, care, fold, ready
This online guide summarizes setup, use and safety. Always follow the printed manual delivered with your machine.

1. Setup

  1. Unpack the machine with two people for FOLDORA (38–45 kg / 84–99 lb).
  2. Place it on a stable, level surface, with the ventilation clearances given in the printed manual.
  3. FOLDORA Mini: follow the anti-tip instructions in the box before first use.
  4. Plug it into an outlet that matches your version, as shown on the rating label: 120 V / 60 Hz for the USA version, 230 V / 50 Hz for the Europe version. Use the UK or Swiss adapter included with the Europe version if needed. Do not use a voltage converter.

2. The control panel

On the right side, under the illuminated blue ring, from top to bottom:

  • Refresh: garment refresh for compatible fabrics
  • Sanitize: dedicated garment treatment
  • Fold: automatic folding into the lower tray
  • Perfume: optional fragrance treatment
  • Start: begins the selected operation

3. Folding a garment

  1. Place one clean, dry, compatible garment in the upper compartment.
  2. Select the care function you want, if any.
  3. Press Start.
  4. Wait for the cycle to finish (15–30 s on FOLDORA, 10–20 s on FOLDORA Mini).
  5. Take the folded garment from the lower tray. Empty the tray when it holds 8–12 garments (6–10 on Mini).

4. Compatible garments

FOLDORA: T-shirts, polo shirts, casual shirts, lightweight tops, selected shorts and trousers.
FOLDORA Mini: baby and kids' T-shirts, lightweight pyjamas, small cotton tops, kids' shorts, selected bodysuits.
Do not load very bulky items, garments with delicate trims, or wet laundry.

5. Care

  • Unplug before cleaning.
  • Wipe the cabinet with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products.
  • Clean and inspect the stainless steel tray regularly.
  • Use only approved fragrance products.

6. Safety

  • Keep hands, loose fabric and children away from moving parts during operation.
  • Children must not operate the machine unsupervised.
  • Keep fragrance consumables out of reach of children.
  • Do not use the machine if the power cord or the machine is damaged. Contact us.
  • Do not open or repair the machine yourself. This can be dangerous and voids the warranty.
