How delivery time is calculated

  1. Payment: processing starts once your payment (bank transfer or crypto) is received.
  2. Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare, pack and hand over your FOLDORA to the carrier.
  3. Delivery: the delivery time of your shipping method starts after processing.
Express is different: Express orders are handled with priority and are not subject to the processing time. Delivery takes 2 business days after payment is received.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order live on Track your order by signing in with the email used for the order.

Shipping Protection

Add Shipping Protection ($39) in the cart to get a fast replacement if your package is lost or stolen in transit, without waiting for the carrier investigation. Damage in transit is always covered, with or without protection.

International orders

International shipping is free on every FOLDORA and FOLDORA Mini and costs $99 for accessory-only orders, with delivery in 7–12 business days after processing. We do not currently ship to Africa. Import VAT (for example about 20% in France and the UK, 19% in Germany, 22% in Italy, 21% in Spain, 8.1% in Switzerland) and any customs duty are not included: they are collected by the carrier on delivery. Your exact estimate is shown on the product page and in the cart. Outside North America, choose the Europe version (230 V / 50 Hz, EU plug with UK and Swiss adapters, CE marked) on the product page. The USA version (120 V / 60 Hz) is made for the United States, Canada and Mexico.

When your FOLDORA arrives

  • FOLDORA weighs 38–45 kg (84–99 lb) and FOLDORA Mini 15–20 kg (33–44 lb). Plan for two people to move the large model.
  • Inspect the box before signing for delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Report any damage within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost.
  • Keep the original packaging during the return period.

Returns

  • Return your FOLDORA within 30 days of delivery, unused, complete and in its original packaging.
  • Contact us first to receive a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not the item ordered.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we confirm the refund by email.
  • Refunds are sent within 10 business days of inspection: by bank transfer, or in the same cryptocurrency for orders paid in crypto.
  • Shipping costs and Shipping Protection are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
