For crypto payments, this is the transaction ID and the sending wallet address. We never ask for your bank login or your wallet private keys or recovery phrase.
  • Form information: what you send us through contact, distributor, partner, business, registration, trade-in, referral and review forms.
  • Newsletter: your email address if you sign up.

Please note that cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains. Transaction details such as amounts and wallet addresses are publicly visible and cannot be changed or deleted by us.

Ora, our virtual assistant

  • How it works: Ora is an automated assistant that runs in your browser. Its answers come from our own product and policy information. Ora is not a person.
  • Conversation: your chat stays in your browser for the current visit (session storage) and is not stored on our servers. Your language and voice preferences are saved in your browser.
  • Messages to our team: if you choose to send a message through Ora, your name, email and message are sent to us through our contact form, like any other contact request.
  • Usage statistics: we may record anonymous events such as questions asked, unanswered questions, feedback and products added to the cart, to improve Ora. These events are handled according to your cookie choices.
  • Microphone (optional): if you use voice input, speech recognition is provided by your browser. Depending on your browser, your voice may be processed by its provider (for example Google for Chrome or Apple for Safari) under their own privacy policies. The microphone is only used when you press the microphone button.
  • Read aloud (optional): spoken answers use the voices built into your device. This feature is off by default.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Retention

We keep order information as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and other information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
