FOLDORA folds compatible garments automatically and collects them in a lower tray. It also has Refresh, Sanitize and Perfume functions for compatible fabrics.

No. It is not a washing machine or a dryer. Load clean, dry garments only.

One. FOLDORA takes one garment per loading action. The lower tray then holds 8–12 folded lightweight garments (6–10 small garments on FOLDORA Mini).

FOLDORA: T-shirts, polo shirts, casual shirts, lightweight tops, selected shorts and trousers. FOLDORA Mini: baby and kids' T-shirts, lightweight pyjamas, small cotton tops, kids' shorts and selected bodysuits. Very bulky items and delicate trims are not covered.

Sanitize is a dedicated garment-treatment function. We do not claim a germ-removal rate, sterilization or medical-grade results.

The operating noise goal is 55 dB(A) or lower for FOLDORA and 50 dB(A) or lower for FOLDORA Mini.

It depends on the version you choose. The USA version runs on 120 V / 60 Hz with a US plug (Type A/B). The Europe version runs on 230 V / 50 Hz with an EU plug (Type E/F) and comes with UK (Type G) and Swiss (Type J) adapters. The Europe version is CE marked. FOLDORA uses 500–800 W and FOLDORA Mini 200–400 W.

Choose the USA version for the United States, Canada and Mexico. Choose the Europe version for Europe, the UK, Switzerland and other 220–240 V countries. Both versions have the same price, features and 2-year warranty. Select your version on the product page; you can also change it in the cart. Do not use a voltage converter.

No. FOLDORA Mini is made for baby and children's clothing. Choose FOLDORA for adult clothes.

Yes, to most countries worldwide (not currently Africa), in 7–12 business days after processing. Shipping is free on every FOLDORA and FOLDORA Mini and $99 for accessory-only orders. Import VAT (for example about 20% in France and the UK, 19% in Germany, 22% in Italy, 21% in Spain, 8.1% in Switzerland) and any customs duty are not included: they are collected by the carrier on delivery. Your exact estimate is shown on the product page and in the cart. Outside North America, choose the Europe version (230 V / 50 Hz).

Shipping Protection ($39, on the product page or in the cart) gets you a fast replacement if your package is lost or stolen in transit. Damage in transit is always covered.

You can return your FOLDORA within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Read the full policy.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the box and the machine. We will arrange a replacement or repair.
