Parents do the most laundry, and the smallest. So the first question many parents ask about folding machines is simple: will it fold baby clothes?
FoldiMate: not designed for them
According to its own announcements, FoldiMate folded shirts, blouses and pants from children's size 5 to adult XXL. It did not fold very small items like baby clothes, socks and underwear.
FOLDORA Mini: designed for them
FOLDORA Mini is a compact version of FOLDORA made for compatible baby and children's clothing:
- Baby T-shirts and children's T-shirts
- Lightweight pyjamas and small cotton tops
- Children's shorts and selected baby bodysuits
It folds each garment in 10–20 seconds, collects 6–10 small garments in its tray, and measures just 75 × 40 × 38 cm (29.5 × 15.7 × 15.0 in).
Safety for family homes
FOLDORA Mini includes child-safety and anti-tip guidance. Keep children away from moving parts and never let them operate it unsupervised.
Available in four finishes
White, Black, Blue and Pink, from $649 at launch. FoldiMate, by contrast, ceased operations in 2021.
